As Chair of the Woodbury Planning Commission, I find that, due to the State of Emergency declared by Governor Scott as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to Addendum 6 to Executive Order 01-20 and Act 92, this public body is authorized to meet electronically. The one-hour meeting starts at 6:00 PM and will focus exclusively on a presentation and read-out of the Woodbury Community Values Mapping Session held on February 16, 2021

In accordance with Act 92, there is no physical location to observe and listen contemporaneously to this meeting. However, in accordance with the temporary amendments to the Open Meeting Law, the Planning Commission will be holding its meeting using a cloud-based video conferencing system, Teams, provided by the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources.

Meeting Access Information via Microsoft “Teams” application:

Teams is the Microsoft version of Zoom, and the default video-conference platform for state employees (due to security). Please note that:

1. Chrome and Edge internet browsers work best with Teams (Safari and Firefox not fully supported).
2. Once you click on the link that says “Click here to join the meeting”, it will open your web browser. From there, choose the option to join the meeting online (don’t bother to download the app – it will work just fine online).
