6:15 P.M. Town Clerk’s Report
Damage estimates for Town Office; who will be in charge of getting the work done?

6:25 P.M. Town Treasurer’s Report
Elevator – any news?

6:35 P.M. Request from VTrans – what is the town’s right-of-way on Cabot Road, Valley Lake Road and Church Street? Is there any reason to think it’s more than the standard 3-rods? Check off and return letters.

6:40 P.M. Another request from VTrans – Municipal Highway Stormwater Mitigation Program – do we want to prepare a grant application? Michael and Alfie

6:50 P.M. Update on Local Hazard Mitigation Plan and other Emergency Planning – an update/renewal of the LHMP is due early in 2024 – Michael Gray – Norman Etkind – John Gordon – Jim Schweithelm – add one from the Fire Dept. and this would make a good committee.

7:00 P.M. Road Commissioner’s Report – Alfie Larrabee
Also – Plan for Carol Ray bridge re-setting;
Old Quarry Road – possible added clearing/brushing of two short town roads at the top (28 and 30?)
Work on a Class 4 that needs a culvert – Old Cabot? Sand Ledge Rd? Goes to Smith and Eye.

7:10 P.M. Status of other flood repair projects – Rail Trail, Parks and Town Hall

7:20 P.M. Recovery Officer’s Report – Skip Lindsay –
Including – Status of solar sign replacement

7:35 P.M. Emergency Management Director’s Report – Norman Etkind
Including – estimates for radio antenna for Library Building
