6:10 PM Select Board – list of unfilled appointed positions: Animal Control Officer, Select Board Scribe, Auditor, Board of Adjustment member, Planning Commission member, Town Energy Coordinator

6:15 P.M. Town Clerk’s Report

6:25 P.M. Town Treasurer’s Report

6:35 P.M. Michael Gray – Planning Commission requests – appoint a new member; approve application for Bylaw Modernization Grant (10% match possibly forgivable if project is completed). Update on outdoor classroom; inquiry from OSUESD about transferring ownership of the school.
Also – status of fire alarm system for Community Room/Library
A new program offered through CVRPC is the “Municipal Technical Assistance Program”. Woodbury is on the “pre-approved” list of towns that might not have the administrative expertise to take advantage of various grant programs that are available. One thought is the Town Hall upgrade project, we already have done some research that could be provided to begin a grant search.
