Has 2023-2024 agreement with Hardwick (West Woodbury)                                  been signed?

Did we get the culvert design from Ruggle’s Engineering yet?

6:50 P.M.     Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department report

7:00 P.M.     Recovery Officer’s Report

7:10 P.M.     Emergency Management Director’s Report – status of antenna                            installation;  Emergency Planning process status?

7:15 P.M.     Personnel Policy – should we schedule a special meeting to go                                                                       over this in detail?

7: 25 P.M.    Schedule two budget meetings in December – maybe the first                                and third Mondays?

7:30 P.M.     Discuss Town Office Building – should the town use insurance money and FEMA  money to create a useable office space in the basement area?  And to incorporate energy saving measures with additional funding from Efficiency Vermont?

7:45 P.M.     Executive session- 1 V.S.A. 313(a)(1)(E) to discuss                                                         litigation
