6:20 P.M.     Town Clerk’s Report

6:30 P.M.     Town Treasurer’s Report – include changes to VLCT policy coverage for un-                        insured motorists

6:40 P.M.     Michael Gray – Update status of three pending road projects for which grants have  been approved by the state – and how much should the town budget for match?

Valley Lake Road culvert – status of grant application.

Local Hazard Mitigation Plan update – grant available up to $9,862.50 with match  needed of $3,287.50 – add to budget for FY25?  Is the grant needed?

Planning Commission – application for Bylaw Modernization Grant – $20,000.   There is a 10% match but it would probably not be needed in FY25, if ever.

6:50 P.M.     Road Commissioner’s Report

Status of agreement with Hardwick (West Woodbury)

Condition of roads and route scheduling

Valley Lake Road Curve – how much should be budgeted?
