Budget adjustment – Approve transfer of $190.000 of un-needed FEMA match from the 2025 budget, to the General Fund.

6:30 P.M. Road Commissioner’s Report – Alfred Larrabee

6:45 P.M. USDA Emergency Watershed Protection Program – eligibility approval –
Michael Gray and Michel LaPoint, USDA, by Zoom; Discuss whether to participate.

7:00 P.M. Recovery Officer’s Report – Skip Lindsay
RFP’s for two bridge replacements have been sent to list of approved contractors – bids to be opened at the Jan. 27 meeting. Who will oversee the project?

7:15 P.M. Web site upgrade – Add to budget? Cost to develop new site and an annual maintenance cost – John Reid

7:25 P.M. Discuss Town Meeting Warning and finalizing budget – set extra meeting either the 16th or the 20th.
