Notice of Special Select Board Meeting

The Select Board will be holding a special meeting to discuss a possible real estate option and pending or probable civil litigation. The meeting will open at 5:00 P.M. and enter Executive Session, citing 1 VSA Sec. 313(a)(2) “Negotiating a Real Estate Option” and 1 VSA sec. 313(a) (1)(E) “Pending or Probable Civil Litigation”. The meeting will reopen following the executive session.
