WOODBURY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Woodbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:15 P.M. on Wednesday May 29, 2024. The meeting will begin with a site visit to the Randolph Phelps property at 674 Blake Hill Rd in Woodbury , VT and be followed immediately by a hearing in the Woodbury Town Hall, 3675 VT RT 14. This hearing is to consider the appeal of a Notice of Alleged Violation issued by the Woobury Zoning Administrator on April 15, 2024. The subject concerns whether an approved storage shed has been converted to residential use. Zoning Permit #2022-028 was issued on December 8, 2022, approving construction of a garage and a storage shed.
A copy of the appeal, the Notice of Alleged Violation, zoning application and building permit are available for public review at the Town Clerk’s Office.
